Hola! I'm Rachel from the beautiful city of Toronto, Canada. I absolutely adore places with a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and well-equipped kitchens. the location, just a short stroll from the main road and close to the bus station, was super convenient. Despite a minor room mix-up upon arrival, the manager Gio quickly resolved the issue and even let me borrow his scooter to explore the Tulum ruins – talk about exceptional service! the ambiance at the hostel was delightful, with a charming bar upstairs and 24-hour reception for added convenience. Overall, my room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with top-notch air conditioning. I wholeheartedly recommend Hostal Malakai Cabañas & Dorms to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. Gracias for the wonderful experience!
